Outdoor sports in the Nature Park
Mountaineering in summer or snowshoeing and ski touring in winter. What matters here is recreation and leisure activities in the bosom of nature. The simple motto? Preserve, experience and marvel. Holidays at the Kaunergrat Nature Park blends fascination with the great outdoors and mindfulness.
The Naturgenusspension, for the love of pleasure
We source our products from direct marketers and farmers from the Nature Park region. This ensures that we can serve special quality and contribute to conserving this diverse habitat. Fresh baked goods, dairy products, meat, honey, schnapps, herbs – regional, high-quality, sustainable.
Nature Park House
The Nature Park Visitor Centre sits perched high up between Kaunertal and Pitztal, where the Kaunergrat ridge stretches north to the Venet massif and south to the main Alpine ridge and the glaciers. An ideal starting point for hikes, relaxing strolls and cross-country skiing in winter. The interactive exhibition is a great addition on a visit to the Nature Park.
Don't miss out: the Nature Park photo spots, e.g. by Gacherblick at the Nature Park House, on the Kaunertal Glacier Road, at the Falkaunsalm.
