Our kitchen philosophy

Quality, regionality and authentic flavours are what really matter in the My Edelweiss cuisine. Our aim is to run a hotel with an outstanding kitchen. As far as possible, the ingredients for the lovingly natural dishes are sourced directly from the Kaunergrat Nature Park. Our cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons. During summer, we regularly host BBQ evenings on the Edelweiss terrace.

From freshly baked goods, dairy products, high-quality sausage and meat products and local vitamins at the breakfast buffet to traditional delicacies, gourmet products with herbs, sweet temptations in the evening and our own fine spirits: that’s how we bring the diversity of the nature park to your table.
