Our kitchen philosophy

Quality, regionality and authentic flavours are what really matter in the My Edelweiss cuisine. Our aim is to run a hotel with an outstanding kitchen. As far as possible, the ingredients for the lovingly natural dishes are sourced directly from the Kaunergrat Nature Park. Our cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons. During summer, we regularly host BBQ evenings on the Edelweiss terrace.

Good morning and evening enjoy your meal

From fresh baked goods to dairy products, high-quality sausages and meats, as well as local vitamins at the breakfast buffet, to traditional delicacies, gourmet products made from herbs, sweet temptations in the evening, and our own fine spirits: this is how we bring the diversity of the nature park to your plate.

In the evening, we treat you to a 4-course menu as part of the nature gourmet pension. In winter, there is an afternoon snack to strengthen you.
