Our
kitchen philosophy

For the Mein Edelweiss culinary experience, quality, regionality and authentic taste are paramount. Our aim is to run a hotel with truly excellent cuisine. The ingredients for the natural gourmet experience come as far as possible directly from the Kaunergrat Nature Park. Our culinary offering is seasonally adjusted, and in the summer we regularly host BBQ evenings on the Edelweiss Terrace.

Good morning and good evening, bon appétit

From fresh baked goods and dairy products to premium sausages and meats, as well as local vitamins at the breakfast buffet, right through to traditional delicacies, gourmet herb products, sweet temptations in the evening and our own premium spirits: this is how we bring the diversity of the nature park to your plate.

In the evenings, we spoil you with a four-course menu as part of the Nature Delight Pension. In winter, we offer an afternoon snack for extra energy.
