Skiing on the glacier
Guaranteed snow from October to May, home to the eternal ice. The glacier ski area at the foot of the Weißseespitze boasts more than 55 km of slopes with guaranteed snow and 36 km of freeride routes. The ski bus runs daily from the Hotel Edelweiss to the Ochsenalm valley station and on to the Weißsee glacier restaurant at 2,750 meters.

29 hairpin bends, panoramic views, fresh mountain air – the Kaunertal Glacier Road is a delight for motorcyclists, convertible enthusiasts and cyclists. You cross all alpine altitude levels on the way to the centre of the glacier at 2,750 m.
