Arrival / Departure & Room Access

  • Check-in: The reserved rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate your room or suite by 10:30.


Deposit & Reservation

  • Bookings and reservations can be made by phone at +43 5475 5550 or online on our website.
  • The booking is considered confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount.


Discounts for Children and Youth

  • Children from 3 to 9 years receive 50% discount.
  • Children from 10 to 14 years receive 30% discount.
  • Teenagers from 15 to 18 years receive 10% discount.


Dietary Wishes & Intolerances

We are happy to accommodate gluten intolerance or other allergies. Please inform us at the time of reservation or before your arrival so we can best meet your needs.


Gift Vouchers

Joy and a connection to nature with the “My Edelweiss Gift Voucher”. Choose from various templates directly on the website – for self-printing.


Holiday with Dog / Pets

  • Dogs are allowed in the room categories Bergblick Single, Junior and Junior Superior as well as Erkerzimmer.
  • We kindly ask for understanding that only 1 dog can stay with us at Hotel Mein Edelweiss. (First come, first served)
  • For our four-legged guests, we charge a cleaning fee of € 25.00 per day.
  • Pets are not permitted in the dining room, in the Holderli Stube, or in the sauna area. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Along the valley hiking trails, there are several stations for disposal.


Parking

Free of charge. There are plenty of outdoor parking spaces and carports available directly at the hotel.


Sauna & Relaxation - Opening Hours & More

The small, fine wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin is open daily from 15:00 to 19:15.

Bathrobes are provided in your room. Slippers are available at the reception upon request. To protect the environment, we only provide these upon request.


Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation may become unexpectedly necessary. Therefore, the “Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance” of the European Travel Insurance is recommended.

Cancellation fees:

  • From 14 days before arrival: 30% of the booking amount
  • From 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount
  • From 3 days before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
