Arrival & Departure & Room Occupancy
- Check-in: Your reserved room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate your room or suite by 10:30.
Deposit & Reservation
- Bookings and reservations can be made by phone at +43 5475 5550 or online via our website.
- The booking is confirmed once a deposit of 30 % of the total booking amount has been received.
Discounts for Children and Young People
- Children aged 3 to 9 receive a 50 % discount.
- Children aged 10 to 14 receive a 30 % discount.
- Young people aged 15 to 18 receive a 10 % discount.
Note for Families with Toddlers:
Please notify us of children under 3 years old in the "Remarks" field during booking or by email so that we can prepare a cot for you in good time.
Dietary Requirements & Food Intolerances
Enjoyment tailored to you
Food intolerances should not stand in the way of your holiday enjoyment. Therefore, please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances when booking. We will gladly accommodate these free of charge. For individual dietary or special requests beyond this, additional costs may apply depending on the effort involved. Feel free to discuss with us what is possible.
Breakfast
Only breakfast?
Would you rather decide spontaneously in the evening where to dine? No problem. At Mein Edelweiss, you can also enjoy just the nature park breakfast. In this case, the overnight price is reduced by €12 per person per day compared to half-board.
Gift Vouchers
Joy and connection to nature with the "Mein Edelweiss Gift Voucher". Choose from various templates directly on the website – printable yourself.
Holiday with Dog / Pets
- Dogs are permitted in the following room categories: Bergblick Single, Junior and Junior Superior, as well as Erkerzimmer.
- Please note that only 1 dog may stay at Hotel Mein Edelweiss (first come, first served).
- A cleaning fee of €25.00 per day applies for our four-legged guests.
- Pets are not permitted in the dining room, the Holderli Stube or the sauna area. Thank you for your understanding.
- There are several disposal stations along the valley hiking trails.
Parking
Free of charge. There are ample outdoor parking spaces and covered parking spots directly at the hotel.
Sauna & Relaxation – Opening Hours, Bathrobes, Slippers
The small but fine wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin is open daily from 15:00 to 19:15.
Bathrobes are provided in your booked room. Slippers are available upon request at reception. To help the environment, we only provide these on request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may become necessary unexpectedly. Therefore, we recommend the "Hotelstorno Plus Insurance" from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Cancellation fees:
- From 14 days before arrival: 30 % of the booking amount
- From 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the booking amount
- From 3 days before arrival: 90 % of the booking amount
