Wine dinner or schnapps tasting?
Upon request and with prior reservation, we offer intimate dinner evenings for up to four guests in our stone-walled wine cellar.
We are also happy to arrange small, personal wine tastings – often combined with our own Edelbrand specialities – tailored individually and on request.
In our in-house Holderli Brennerei, guided tours and spirit tastings take place regularly – an experience for all the senses.

The house bar and terrace invite guests to relax and unwind after a wonderful day of skiing or hiking. Aside from hand-picked wines, homemade spirits are a popular choice as an aperitif or digestif. We also offer delicious non-alcoholic options: homemade juices, regional herbal teas, or an alcohol-free aperitif – all chosen with the same care and attention as our wines.

Whether a classic white sour or a light summer spritzer – we simply adore the classic Veltliner with sparkling Kaunertal mountain water. And it goes without saying that a tasty aperitif for that perfect holiday flair must not be missing. After all, Italy is very close to where we are.
